Turqi is an experienced investment professional with a wide range of expertise in local and international investment markets.

He is currently Deputy Governor and Head of International Investments Division at the Public Investment Fund. His experience includes Head of Products Development and Head of Assets Management at Saudi Fransi Capital. Since 2015 he has held several positions at the Public Investment Fund including Senior Advisor and Head of International Investments Division. During his early career he worked as a Credit Associate at Saudi Industrial Development Fund, in the Mutual Funds Division at Capital Market Authority and as an Associate at Morgan Stanley.

Turqi has held several board positions including at Noon Investment Company. His current board positions are at Saudi Information Technology Company, Hapag Lloyd and Sanabil Investments. He is also currently chairperson of Lucid Motors.
