Tariq has over two decades of experience in corporate affairs, government relations and business development in energy, finance and mining. Prior to joining Manara, Tariq was International Business Development Executive and Head of International Stakeholder Management at ACWA Power where he led stakeholder management for global investments and negotiated with governments and financial institutions in executing large-scale projects and investments in the energy sector. Tariq is involved in various government committees, sustainability task forces and international advisory groups focusing on sustainable development and advancing ESG strategies across sectors.
