Sofia is an experienced investment professional with expertise in the international mining sector and managing investment in emerging markets.

Sofia is currently CEO of Atlante Capital Partners, a position she has held since 2016. Her previous experience includes as Head of Special Situations at Blue Crest Capital Management and Deputy Managing Director of Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund.

Sofia has been on the Ma’aden board since 2023. She holds several board other positions, including at Sitex, where she has been on the board since 2016 and Yellow Cake since 2018. Her other board positions are at Spitex Perspecta and Canagold Resources.
