Assaf has extensive expertise in leading human resource teams in global markets with a focus on talent development, culture change and organisation effectiveness and analytics.

He is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ma’aden and Managing Director and Co-Founder of The Twenty Percent. He previously worked as Vice President Human Resources at Unilever where he was responsible for multiple countries in the Middle East and Europe. Prior to this, he was Vice President Global Leadership Development at Unilever. He has also held the position of Vice President, Oil and Gas Team at Barclays Investment Banking and worked as an Associate at Deloitte.
