Board and Committee Member

Muhammed has wide ranging experience in academia, consulting and in investment.

He is currently Head of Industrials and Mining Sector at the Public Investment Fund where he oversees investments in the Middle East and North Africa since 2017.

His previous experience includes as a lecturer in Financial Analysis, Statistics and Decision Analysis at King Saud University and four years as a Teaching Fellow at Stanford University. He has also worked as a consultant at the Monitor Group, Careem and Boston Consulting Group, and an investment analyst at Passport Capital.

He has been a board member and member of the audit committee at Saudi Global Ports Company since 2018. He is Chairperson and NRC Chairperson of ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Jubail, a position he has held since 2019. He is also the Chairperson and Excom Chairperson at Qassim Cement Company and is on the boards of Arabian Industrial Fibers Company and Albawani Holding Company.
